Science Project Contest Winner Announced

How-Things-Work-Science-Projects.com is proud to announce that Denise Leann Moore is the winner of its science project contest for 2018. She wins a science kit and $50. As the science contest winner, her project will also be featured on the website with full credit for her work along with photos of her project.

Dave York from How-Things-Work-Science-Projects.com says: "We always encourage young people to get involved in science and to seek for the answers to questions they may have in a fun yet educational manner. We reward those who have worked the hardest or answered the most interesting questions. Every summer, How-Things-Work-Science-Projects.com holds a science project contest. This provides an opportunity for young people to have fun while also learning new things about the world around them. The website has a list of science projects that young people can choose from and have fun doing them. They have nothing to worry about not being able to do these projects because they are also allowed to ask their parents or friends to join in and help them.

"Once our young people start a particular science project, we ask them to take photographs or videos of each step taken and major milestones along the way," continues Dave York. "Then, we ask them to write up what happened during their project, just as they would for a school assignment. So they tell us which project they chose, what they believed would happen, the observations they made, and their conclusion."

Because How-Things-Work-Science-Projects.com wants to get more young people involved in science, participants to the contest are also asked to consider whether any improvements could be made to the project and to describe what issues they came across so that they can be avoided in the future. Once the project has been completed, they can send in all the information they gathered and enter the contest, which is what Denise Leann Moore did, including all the necessary details.

According to Dave York: "Entrants tell us whether they will allow us to use their name in site posts to give them credit for all their hard work. We will only use their name if they give us explicit permission. We also ask that they provide us with an email address so that they can be notified if they are the winner of any of our prizes. Naturally, their details are safe with us and we do not pass them on to any third parties."

As the science project contest winner, Denise Leann Moore has earned a $50 Amazon gift card as well as the Flying Machines Kit, which is valued at $25. Furthermore, she will also be featured in a post on the website that will give her full credit for her work. All her photographs will also be posted. Furthermore, one of her photographs will be featured on the Winners Circle Page, which will also be shared on social media.

How-Things-Work-Science-Projects.com is yet to announce the winner of the second prize. The winner of the second prize will be awarded a $25 Amazon gift card and a Make Your Own Money science kit, provided by the Smithsonian, to the value of $19. The winner will also have a featured post on the company's website.
