Date To Create Founder, Donna Lowy, Forms New Women’s Empowerment Group in Westlake Village

The Women’s Connection Network helps women empower women.

Donna Lowy, founder and Chief Creative Officer of Date To Create, is pleased and proud to announce the launch of a new women’s empowerment group in Westlake Village. The group meets the first Wednesday of each month at the Date To Create studio located at 3625 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd, in Westlkake Village. The Women’s Connection Newtork is seeking new members who want to be part of, and a voice within, this exciting new group of women dedicated to sharing ideas, networking business solutions, growing connections and building great relationships.

The mission of the Women’s Connection Network is to elevate and empower women, nurture personal and professional connections, to inspire, to educate, and to extend that intention across outreach to help empower women of all ages through volunteer endeavors.

Meetings are held monthly, driven thematically, often with guest speakers focusing on various life and business goals, including topics such as finance, relationships, goal setting, health and fitness, and creativity … always driven by a quest to inspire, elevate and support each other both personally and professionally.

“It has long been a goal of mine to create a place where women, young and old, can come together and build each other up through shared experiences, understandings, and resources,” says Lowy. “The Women’s Connection Network is doing that and more as we grow and draw on the many talents of our members.”

Locate in Westlake Village, Date To Create is a new studio providing custom-crafted private parties, company parties and team building events, as well as fun date night, girls night out and guys night out occasions. Donna said, “Date To Create is embracing the 'Maker Movement' with creative workshops where the crafter or tinkerer in all of us can have a fun social night out, make some cool stuff and come away with a one-of-a-kind work of art – created start to finish by you while enjoying some great snacks and even greater company."

Date To Create’s studio is located at 3625 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd, Suite 249 in Westlake Village, just across the street from the Maserati dealership. Workshops are offered throughout the week and private parties can be specially designed for specific needs or occasions either at the studio or offsite at any location.
