Sunsella, a Las Vegas, Nevada based company that distributes household goods, recently spoke up about the new Amazon location in Stratford, Connecticut. Amazon announced earlier in the year that they were set to open their new Stratford location in January, 2020. Amazon announced that they were entering into a seven year long lease in Stratford, at a convenient location on Long Beach Boulevard.
Mike Law, a spokesperson for the Las Vegas company says, “This new warehouse facility will be used to distribute ecommerce products, which directly affects our company and thousands of others in the United States alone. We are pleased with the development and planning of the new facility since it means that our own customers will have access to our products much more quickly.”
Law says that since Amazon’s growth over the past few years, many ecommerce companies are now using the marketplace to sell their products, often leaving a bottleneck, particularly during the holiday season. Law adds that even though this new facility in Stratford is no set to open until 2020, the company is looking forward to the distribution benefits that they will enjoy once the new facility has begun production.
“We sell a lot of products and having this new facility along with other Amazon facilities just means that customers will be able to enjoy our products much more quickly,” Law says. “Plus, this just means more jobs for consumers in general, and that is always a good thing.”
The new facility in Stratford is set to encompass more than 200,000 square feet and offers a convenient location, close to I-95, Route 8 and Route 25. A spokesperson for Amazon says that the convenient location means easier access for delivery drivers who are traveling to the nearby areas of Fairfield and New Haven. Amazon is pleased to announce that the new facility will employ thousands and they state that it should be opened by the first part of January, 2020, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
“It will be great for the area,” says Law. “But it will also be great for those of us who work in ecommerce. Our company uses the Amazon marketplace as a means of distributing our products and many other companies use Amazon solely. We have a website but there are many ecommerce distributors that only sell through Amazon. This new shipping facility is going to help those companies significantly.
Amazon recently began advertising for those who wish to work at the new warehouse and those jobs should begin to be filled within the next few weeks. Amazon’s warehouse that recently opened in North Haven, taking up more than 800,000 square feet, is currently employing nearly 2,000 people.
Law says that his company is very pleased with the developments of the new warehouse and that they look forward to Amazon having it up and running in the next few months. Sunsella offers a wide range of consumer products, particularly those that are considered to be safer than others with regards to the materials that they are created from.
Those who are interested in the products that the company offers can visit them on their website or on the Amazon marketplace. Some of their more popular products include stainless steel and BPA free kitchen products. Law says that they choose products that are safe for families and that will last for many years.
“We hate to see someone buy something that is costly and then see that product wear out within just a few uses,” says Law. “This is why we take great care in ensuring that our products last our customers for the long haul, and we only offer products that are free from harmful chemicals and safe for families to use regularly.”
Those interested in seeing these products can do so on the company’s official website or on Amazon. Law adds that anyone who has questions can contact the company through their website and he adds that the company is very receptive to their customers.
The Sunsella range consists of high quality kitchen utensils and gadgets designed to improve your quality of life.
