Surf Till 100, in Princeville, Hawaii, has announced that they are currently developing a Heart and Mind of a Champion program. Located on the Garden Island of Kawai, the organization states that they have the perfect location for those who want to develop the heart and mind of a champion.

Tom Woods, one of the founders of Surf Till 100 along with co-founders a Champion Surfers Jeff Hakman and Felipe Pomar says, “This Mastermind program is perfect for anyone who wants to live peacefully; anyone who wants to create in themselves the mind and helathy lifestyle of a champion.”

He says that the goal of Surf Till 100 is to create a private mastermind coaching group that will help those individuals who share a common goal and want to encourage others and to help each other to improve their lives.

“A mastermind group after all is a meeting of likeminded individuals,” Woods says. “These individuals all share the same goal of helping each other to improve and we believe that this is one of the best things that an individual can do; to take it upon themselves to motivate and help others.”

Woods says that throughout one’s life, they are programmed with certain thoughts, which many consider habits. These thoughts are often buried deep in the subconscious and are what forms the character of each individual. He adds that many of these thoughts or habits are built on culture.

“These habits are very well what is hindering us all from achieving the dreams we deserve,” says Woods. “We want to help people to reach into their beliefs and pull out those habits that are keeping them from getting the life that they want.”

Woods adds that the organization is not composed of psychologists, but with experienced coaches. He says that each coach has their own experience that has helped to shape who they are and he adds that the coaches share more than 210 years of combined experience and knowledge that helps them to help others. He says that they are not coaches who took a weekend course to learn how to help others. Rather, they are coaches that have life experiences as true Champions that help them to help others. Woods says that the mastermind program is for anyone who is currently unhappy with their life and health status or anyone who feels that there is at least one part of their lives that needs improvement. The program will provide a greater sense of purpose for those who take it, as well as a better understanding of their powerful evidence based wellness program and the ability to connect with experts who practice functional medicine. He adds that the program is designed to give a better understanding of how to physically perform better.
