PEO LandrumHR Announces Internal Staff Changes

LandrumHR, a professional employer organization (PEO) in the Southeast, is excited to announce two internal position changes. Kirk Waters will take on the position of Business Consultant with the Staffing Division of LandrumHR. His role will be to help expand the company's staffing presence in northwest Florida and Southwest Alabama, connect local businesses with the top talent in the area, and provide outplacement and testing services to ensure a healthy workforce.

Jerold Hall, Director of Business Development, says: "Kirk has done a great job solving employee benefits and compliance problems for his HR Outsourcing clients. His ability to forge long-term and meaningful relationships over the past 20+ years makes Kirk the perfect person to take on this role."

Andrew Sowell has been promoted to Senior Business Consultant. Andrew's role has grown from working with local small and medium sized business accounts to developing national partnerships with franchises & industry associations. Andrew has strong client relationships all over the United States and is looking forward to creating many more. His passion is listening to business owners and pinpointing the areas where a relationship with LandrumHR can save the company money, increase employee satisfaction and engagement, and protect the business from compliance problems.

Jerold Hall continues, "Andrew has been with the company for more than seven years and he is the first one to reach out to new team members and offer his help. His leadership by example in the business consulting department is part of what has made him so successful."
