Property markets in the UK are still on the rise despite recent turn of political events, according to new data releases by marketing agency, Way of the Website LTD.

“Despite the current political situation in the UK, the real estate is still stable. In fact, house buying and selling continues to rise mostly with residential properties, albeit at a significantly slower rate than a few years back,” Rhys Potter, the company spokesperson said.

The announcement by Way of the Website agency comes days after a few real estate professionals raised tension among property buyers by claiming property investors were fleeing the UK after Brexit. According to Potter, people looking forward to sell or buy property in the UK have nothing to worry about. Potter said that the recent political changes in the UK had little to influence in the way property markets would sway for at least in the near future.

“For now, there is nothing to worry about when it comes to property buying or selling. Companies fleeing the UK are probably moving for other reasons, because at the moment nothing much has changed after Brexit. Again, statistics show that property investment continues to grow in the UK even after Brexit. I therefore think if there will be a decline in the industry, it will be slow,” Proctor added.

Property investment is however on a rise in Europe as a whole. According to recent findings by real estate professionals, investors in Hungary, Spain, Germany and Czech Republic have been the biggest benefactors in recent months. Cities such as Madrid, Munich and Budapest have in recent months received overwhelming demand when it came to property investment. The situation is estimated to be a little bit different in Paris however, and particularly when it came to home ownership.

Way of the Website LTD, which besides acting as a marketing agency in the real estate also owns property buying companies, now plans to continue its investment in the seemingly ignored industry of house buying through propertybuyer.co.uk. According to Rhys Potter, there are millions of people looking forward to buy or sell houses, but they just lack professionals to guide them through. Potter also emphasizes the fact that statistics indicate continued interest in home ownership as a reason not to ignore the industry.

“For now, our aim is to continue investments among home sellers looking for quick house sale. We have a great interest in helping people selling homes conveniently, especially those who might feel home selling process challenging. Fortunately, I feel we have the resources to help everyone who will need our services, especially now that data also show home buying continues to rise irrespective of what political uncertainties we may be having,” Potter said.
