St. George, Utah - Andrea LeBaron, mother of 7 children, the youngest is 6 months old, announces the launch of the coaching program for stay-at-home moms.

Andrea is launching a new “Paid Mom Success” program that will help women see a business opportunity so they can stay home, raise children, and actually make money.

According to surveymonkey.com survey less than 5% of the responding moms work at organizations that provide daycare or childcare subsidies. This highlights a large gap between the benefits that parents want organizations to provide and the benefits that are actually provided.

This is one of the reasons why women with small children are looking for different opportunities to make money as mompreneurs. These women want family flexibility.

Andrea LeBaron is no different. She started her business when her youngest child was 6 years old. She started looking for business opportunities for stay-at-home moms.

Andrea said, “I decided to go with the MLM (multi-level marketing) opportunity. It has been a really great business to do at home. I can be a mom; I can go on family trips and field trips. And now I have a new baby so I have to be at home. I have the flexibility and the opportunity to grow my business while I’m growing my family. It’s been a huge plus for us.”

After three years of being a mompreneur, Andrea has achieved great success. Her personal journey made her think how she could help other women with children to do the same: have flexible working hours and raise the family.

She found the perfect solution, such as the launch of a coaching and mentoring program for stay-at-home moms “Paid Mom Success.” This program will help them with building successful home-based direct marketing or MLM business.

LeBaron is planning to teach mompreneurs how to create an online presence, structured marketing, and balance business with family needs. She is planning to concentrate on time efficiency and task delegation. She also mentioned that older children will have an opportunity to learn business skills from their moms and help with business growth.

LeBaron announced on Google Hangout live stream with Maria Serbina that she is planning to introduce this program to her associates and clients at the beginning of April 2016.
