Hurricane Reinstatement Solutions to Showcase HRS New Plumbing Tools at 2022 WWETT Show in Indianapolis

The WWETT Show or Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show is the biggest yearly international trade show for professionals involved in wastewater and environmental service. It offers not just a wide range of networking opportunities but also a wide exposition floor where buyers can see for themselves the latest product innovations and technology in this particular field.

One example of the plumbing tools offered by HRS is the Tornado Reinstatement Cutter. This particular tool is useful for cured-in-place piping (CIPP), which is a technique for repairing and restoring existing pipes by applying a liquid resin and textile liner. A trenchless rehabilitation method is usually applied for this kind of project. First, a resin mixture is inserted into the textile liner. This resin mixture has an epoxy base and makes use of a hardener, such as steam. Next, the liner is inverted into the pipe using water pressure or air pressure. The result is that the side of the liner that is covered with resin gets pressed against the inside walls of the damaged pipe. A calibration tube is then inserted for the purpose of holding the liner in place while it is being cured or hardened. Curing can be done by ambient temperature, hot water, or steam. Another important plumbing tool from HRS is the Typhoon Cleaning Tool. This is a tool that has been designed for use in pipes that are missing the invert. It is capable of traversing the bottom of pipes that are not there. It can be used to clean up scale and open up reinstatements after a hole has been poked through them.

HRS also offers the Tsunami Jetting Tool, which is a jetting tool with sufficient power to eradicate debris from pipe walls and clear any kind of pipe. High pressure jetting is a method of cleaning the insides of pipes, which uses a water jet to dislodge the debris that are stuck to the inside walls of pipes. Hydro jetting is often used to clean clogged sewer lines and slow-moving drains. It makes use of a blast of water at a high pressure of up to 4,000 psi to get rid of stubborn and hard blockages.
