MBS Announces Amazon Review Request Feature Now Free

Today MBS announced that their Amazon Review Request feature will now be free. ManageByStats offers the ability to automate the Amazon Review Request through their SellerMail tool, and there will now be no additional charge for emails sent using that feature.

“Amazon lets sellers do a one-click send of a review request to their customers,” says MBS CEO, Philip Jepsen. “And we’ve provided the means for automating that in our SellerMail tool. As of today we will no longer count those emails toward the overall total when calculating email overage volume.”

SellerMail offers tiered pricing plans, with overage amounts specified for each package. The automated Review Request email will no longer be counted as part of that send total. SellerMail gives Amazon sellers a way to create and automate follow-up email campaigns using Amazon’s buyer-seller messaging system. This removes the need to manually click the Review Request option for each individual order. By setting up a campaign in MBS SellerMail users are able to automate this feature. ManageByStats will handle the rest, taking advantage of Amazon’s own system to help sellers get customer reviews.
