Destination Paradise, a YouTube Channel that posts high quality inspirational and scenic landscape videos every week, is proud to share their new video, Mexico 4K Relaxation Film, which has over an hour’s worth of beautiful, high resolution drone footage of various locales around the country, combined with with relaxing ambient music for everyone to enjoy.

With more than 10,000 kilometers of beautiful coastlines that span the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west, Mexico is truly an amazing country. Pleasant and warm weather, unique, delicious food, art and archaeology, pyramids and ruins are all just some of what one can find within the country’s borders. Anyone traveling the country can and should stop at some of the world-class destinations Mexico boasts, like Acapulco, Cancun, Cozumel, Los Cabos and Mazatlan, all of which are truly spectacular in their own ways. Considering all this, it is not surprising that Mexico is ranked as the 7th major destination for foreign visitors, according to the World Trade Organization.

However, not everyone can visit Mexico, and even those who have this privilege do not have the chance of enjoying its beauty at any time they wish. This is where Destination Paradise’s stunning, high quality videos come in. The YouTube channel is dedicated to creating 4K drone footage of the sights of amazing places around the world, and in their Mexico 4K video, Destination Paradise captures footage of beautiful places like Morelia, Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Tulum, Minas Viejas Waterfalls and more.

Chichen Itza, for instance, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in all of Mexico averaging over a million tourists annually. It forms the remains of a large pre-Columbian city built by the Maya people of the Terminal Classic period located in Tinúm Municipality, Yucatán State, Mexico. With a mix of a multitude of architectural styles, reminiscent of styles seen in central Mexico and of the Puuc and Chenes styles of the Northern Maya lowlands, Chechen Itza is a great example of Mexico’s storied history as the presence of distinct styles was once thought to have been representative of direct migration or even conquest from central Mexico, but most contemporary interpretations view the presence of these non-Maya styles more as the result of cultural diffusion.

Another beautiful location covered in the video is the Merida Cathedral, which was built on the site of Mayan ruins. It is the seat of the bishopric of Yucatan and was the first cathedral to be finished on the mainland of the Americas, and the only one with the exception of Santo Domingo de Guzman on the island of Hispaniola to be entirely built during the 16th century. It is a unique monument with clear antecedents in Andalucia.

The video also covers the Cascadas de Minas Viejas, or the Minas Viejas Waterfalls, which provide the beautiful sight of a cascade that flows into a natural swimming pool famed for its vivid aquamarine hue. Further, the video also has aerial views of other places of natural beauty, such as a river in the Huasteca Region, San Luis Potosi, a petrified waterfall in Hierve El Agua, Oaxaca, the El Chiflon Waterfalls surrounded by trees in Chiapas, Mexico and more.

Greg Webster, a representative for Destination Paradise, says, “With every single one of the videos we upload to our channel, we try to distill the essence of the country in question and present it in a way that our fans can enjoy. It’s no different with the Mexico 4K video — we’ve taken great pains to acquire amazing drone footage of all sorts of places in Mexico. From man made monuments to natural wonders, ancient ruins to modern cities, rural areas to urban cityscapes, the video covers everything. You get a feel for not just the place but also the people, and our hope is that you can get a real sense of Mexico, that you feel immersed in what you see.”
