Fort Myers, Fla. (May 25, 2021) - When it comes to telecommunications and e-commerce solutions, there’s no better person for the job than Hemang Shrimanker. After working for Infosys for 13 years, Shrimanker became a key player for the company when he jumpstarted telecom and e-commerce projects for companies like Darden Restaurants, Big Lots, Chico’s and T-Mobile.

Now, Shrimanker brings his in-depth knowledge and experience to the premiere software development firm Stickboy in Southwest Florida as Chief Technology Officer.

He says he doesn’t want to be a manager that says “Just do it,” and moves on. He is hands-on and mentors his team to think and perform beyond the business requirements.

“My goal is to work with the team and give them as much direction as possible so they are never questioning what they are doing. If they don’t understand how to do something, I want to work with them on really digging into that ‘how’ part so we can be successful in any project,” said Shrimanker.
