OREGON CITY, Ore. - On October 24, Tina Irvine, the Managing Partner of the employment center in Oregon City, OR, was recognized by the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce and received an award recognizing the women leaders of the community.
The Women in Leadership and Management Awards recognizes the high-level achievements of executives and leaders who guide, encourage and inspire others to assume leadership positions within Clackamas County. There could not be a better award to describe Tina.
Tina first started with the Express family in 2004 as an Executive Assistant and then went on to earn promotions within the region. She has been the Partner of Express Oregon City since 2014 and has put her heart and soul into not just the office but her community as well. At the start of Tina's partnership, she spearheaded the movement of relocating the Milwaukee office to Oregon City to create an opportunity for new beginnings.
Since being in the OC, the office has grown year after year. In 2018, Oregon City beat their previous ATH in Total GM for the year with $1,797,738, and they are on track to beat that record again this year! In this past year, the office has grown in Gross Margin, Average Clients, GM/Hour and Average New Clients.
The OC's success is a combination of a high performing inside and outside sales team. Rhiannon Smith, Tina's Sales Rep, has earned Top 50 Sales Rep accolades this year, and she is currently hustling to end the year as an Eagle recipient. There's no doubt when you are around Tina and her team that she is a major influence in their lives, and they will tell you that themselves. They show no hesitation when reaching out to leaders and community members that surround them.
Not only does Tina make an impact on her team, she also makes an impact on her community. Tina is hands-on with local nonprofits within her community. Tina currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Center of Clackamas County, The Clackamas Workforce Partnership (where she is also the Treasurer on the Executive Committee), and she is a proud Rotarian that sits on the Board as the Secretary.
Tina, you make a difference to the community and throughout Express. Keep making an impact!
