The engine supports live search which means that the listings are updated as soon as the filters on top of the page are changed. At the time of writing, there were over 600 listings on the website and all of them were searchable. The listings are presented along with a map that shows the locations of the listings. The filter options include a text field where you can enter either an address or an MLS number. This narrows down the search and repositions the map so that one can focus on the listings that have matched the search.

The next option in the search field lets the customers select the type of home they are looking for which can be single-family, mobile, duplex, apartment, townhome, lot or other. The next option lets the customer narrow down the search by the community in Fort McMurray. Then they can select a minimum and a maximum price. After that, the customer can select the number of bedrooms that they require in the property. Along with these main options, there are many other options including the active or pending status of the listing, the home and lot area in square feet, the year of construction, presence of a garage, the number of bathrooms, style of the house, interior amenities and more. All the listings come with a market price that has an indicator of whether the prices have increased or decreased over time.
