A Brandy Station, Virginia heating and cooling company is offering some good advice that will help any business make their HVAC system more energy-efficient. Dynamic Heating and Cooling presented this information in the form of a blog post on their website. It can be seen here at https://www.dynamiccooling.com/3-ways-to-make-your-commercial-hvac-system-more-energy-efficient.

Company spokesperson Josh Bersee had this to say about the recent blog post, “We find that many commercial businesses are not as proactive as they can be when it comes to making their HVAC systems more energy efficient. So we wrote this blog post to let them know there are some great energy-saving steps they can take to get the commercial HVAC energy efficiency that they desire. Of course, any time a company improves its HVAC system’s energy efficiency, they are also saving money on energy costs and that can add up to a substantial amount of money over time.”

The blog post mentions three ways that a commercial entity can get more energy efficiency from its HVAC system.

The first way is a simple but effective one. They suggest that a company makes sure it has the latest thermostats that are available for the brand of HVAC system that they have. The increase in the energy efficiency of their HVAC can improve quite a bit by making what is a very minimal investment. Newer thermostats eliminate the need for human control which helps make them up to 20% more energy efficient.

The blog post on their website https://www.dynamiccooling.com also suggested that companies consider adding some solar-powered heating and cooling devices. Among the most practical of these is a device called a ‘Therm X’. This solar collecting device uses solar power instead of grid-supplied energy to run an air conditioning unit’s compressor. Some commercial businesses that have added this system are saving up to 50% on their company’s cooling costs. Obviously, this can make for some impressive energy savings that will pay for the solar Therm X system itself in little or no time.

When all else fails, the company suggests it may be time for a business to switch to a much more energy-efficient HVAC system than the one they currently use. This substantial HVAC system overhaul could pay huge dividends in the long run. Upgrading to a high-efficiency HVAC equipment with the right energy efficiency rating can result in annual cooling cost savings up to 52 percent.

This blog and many others like it can be seen on the company’s website. Their informational blog articles cover everything from commercial HVAC system maintenance tips to the reasons why a home may not stay as cool as it did in previous years.

Bersee also talked about how their company likes to stay true to their name by saying, “Blogs are just a part of the many different ways we try to help our commercial customers save money on energy costs. The keyword in our name, ‘Dynamic’, is defined as a process or system that is characterized by constant change, activity or progress. We work in an always-changing industry. That means we have to make sure we keep abreast of the latest equipment changes that will benefit our commercial HVAC customers the most. That is the only way we can claim to be an innovative HVAC company that provides the absolute best in customer service.”

For those that are interested in the other residential and commercial HVAC services that Dynamic Heating and Cooling offers, they can simply go to the company’s website and read about them. Also on the website, someone can determine if they are in the company’s extensive service area which covers over 50 municipalities in the Central and Southern Virginia areas.
