Specs For New ManageByStats App Finalized

ManageByStats has completed the initial specs for their upcoming MBS app. With the completion of these specs the app has now gone into development.

“Big news coming out of our busy development department,” says ManageByStats CEO, Philip Jepsen. “Requests have been high for an MBS app and the team has been hard at work drawing up the specs for what that app will feature and how it will function. We now have a clear path forward and have begun work on the required development.”

The current ManageByStats site is designed to scale for mobile, and will retain that functionality. Users will continue to be able to log directly into their web-based ManageByStats account and navigate on screens of all sizes. However the MBS app will add a new dimension to this, providing a dedicated application designed specifically to work on phones and tablets. The app will consolidate key features and functions, and will begin with dashlet presentation overviews.

“Most of our requests are to get the data MBS provides so expertly, fast and on the go,” says Mister Jepsen. “This means on phones, and it means our app will start by offering a quick, easy way to launch the key information users access most frequently, things like daily sales and profit figures and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) they use throughout the day to monitor the health of their business. We're excited to be announcing this new phase.”
