CSR Open Interview Event on 1.16.18

National General Insurance is holding an Open Interview Event on Tuesday, January 16th; they are looking to hire a class of 40 CSRs - Customer Service Representatives.

Event Location: National General Insurance Offices, 5635 Hanes Mills Road, Building C, Winston-Salem, NC 27105

Event Time: 8:30am to 6:00pm

The CSR will be responsible for answering inbound calls and fielding questions from existing clients. The CSR is the initial point of contact after the sale of the policy and includes but is not limited to: recognizing exposure and asking the appropriate, probing questions. They will be responsible for documenting specific details of call interaction, processing endorsements, answering billing questions and taking payments. They must have excellent phone etiquette, dedication to customer service and strong problem-solving abilities.

Candidates will interview with an Operations Hiring Manager at the Open Interview event for 20 to 30 minutes. Interested Candidates should bring at least 3 copies of their resume and be dressed in business professional attire.
