Job Snapshot:

National General is searching for enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking entry level sales agents. Their high performing entry level sales representatives earn an average of $37,000 to $44,000 per year with an hourly base pay and uncapped commissions. Candidates will be responsible for calling prospective clients, establishing a relationship, and transferring them to a licensed agent. This position does not include any cold calling. All outbound calls are to hot leads that have quoted in the past or have requested a quote online.

Prior sales experience is not necessary, but the motivation and passion for being a successful salesperson is a must! National General offers two weeks of in-depth training and provide candidates with all the tools they need to be successful in inside sales. Training covers National General Products and Systems, and proven sales techniques to empower employees for success. No P & C license is required for this position. NatGen will help coach and develop candidates and give them the opportunity to apply and move to a licensed agent role where they pay for the P & C licenses. Candidates can then advance to an opportunity as a licensed sales agent with the ability to make 100,000+ per year.
