New User Rights Options In ManageByStats Allow Specific Custom Access To Be Assigned

Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, a suite of software tools for Amazon sellers, reported today that there are new user rights options when assigning users access. The options have been added to the Custom selection when adding users, and feature the ability to grant rights for keyword monitoring, reviews, feedback and more.

“Our user access has now been made as granular as possible,” says Mr. Jepsen. “In ManageByStats there are several main menu items, with multiple submenu items under each of those. Each of those menu items either displays some info or controls some setting. All can be configured. With the Custom user creation option we now allow you to set access for any specific feature in the entire program.”

ManageByStats is software for Amazon sellers. Larger sellers will often have assistants or partners that also need access to the program. Creating users allows the administrator to assign access, and with the new custom options specific access can now be assigned to each menu item. Administrator access can also be assigned, as well as default user types allowing pre-defined access or the ability to view with restricted ability to configure or edit. The ManageByStats tools help with the management of customers, sales and inventory, in addition to providing automated response emails, gathering real email addresses and multiple other services.

“We’ve always offered the ability to assign additional users,” says Mr. Jepsen. “Granting access to others has been especially important for our larger users, who can have remote virtual assistants, partners and helpers that need access to the tools. Now that we have the ability to assign specific access to each and every feature in the program, assigning these users is that much easier.”
