Today ManageByStats announced two new settings in its SellerMail Email Notification Tool. The first is a setting option that has been anticipated, and that is the ability to select whether or not an email is sent based on the Amazon Order, the Shipment or the Item. The other new SellerMail setting brings with it the ability to specify whether or not an email is sent based on product sale price. SellerMail is an automated email notification system that runs within ManageByStats, which can be configured to send automated emails to customers at time of purchase, delivery, etc., with multiple criteria options that can be specified to determine when the email is sent. These two new settings have now been added and are available.
"These are two big features,” says ManageByStats CEO, Philip Jepsen. “We’ve released them together, so we’re making a big announcement so our users know they’re available. The ability to limit the number of emails sent by order has been, in particular, greatly anticipated. Until now emails were sent by default by item, but for larger purchases that method could get overwhelming. Now users have more choices, and can set their SellerMail so that an email is sent per order, thus limiting the volume for a larger order, or even by shipment.”
ManageByStats is a suite of tools for Amazon sellers, and includes tools for managing Inventory, Sales and Customers, as well as automated email notifications with its SellerMail tool. Both new selection additions can be found in each SellerMail message in the Rules section. New pulldown fields have been added.
"The other new setting is also a big deal," says Mr. Jepsen. “Now sellers can choose to send specific emails to their customers based on price. This, for example, would now allow them to not send an email if a product was purchased as a discounted price. We’ve added a Spent Less Than and Spent More Than field, so using the two it’s possible to bracket many different options.”
