ManageByStats Can Now Get Phone Numbers For Amazon Customers

Philip Jepsen, the CEO of award-winning Amazon seller software, ManageByStats, announced today that they can now get phone numbers for customer lists. According to Mr. Jepsen, users of ManageByStats can now submit an append request for phone numbers for their Amazon customers. Appends are where the system finds and "appends" additional customer data to the customer record in ManageByStats. Until now this has included only real email addresses. Now phone numbers will become part of this service.

"This is a big day," says Mr. Jepsen. "Being able to get phone numbers for our customer's customers will help a lot of our sellers to get the contact info they need to maintain stellar customer service."

ManageByStats is a suite of tools for Amazon sellers, and includes tools for managing Inventory, Sales and Customers. Within that are keyword ranking tools, reviews and feedback monitoring, and an automated email notification tool called SellerMail. Email Appends have been offered as an additional service within this suite, and have now been expanded to Email/Phone Appends. Each append, email and phone, has a 40% success rate. This means the system is able to find either real emails or phone numbers for 40% of the customer records submitted.

"Our success rate average is quite high," says Mr. Jepsen. "We've refined this over the last year, and it applies to our new phone append option as well. Now Amazon sellers who are missing the phone numbers for their customers can get good numbers for about forty percent of them."
