The Cancer Journeys Foundation has recently announced that registration is now available on their website for the 2017 edition of the Tour de USA Rally for Prostate Cancer Awareness. The 2017 Tour de USA will be the longest road rally in the country. Full details about the Cancer Journeys Foundation, the work that they do, and their involvement in the 2017 Tour de USA are available on their website at www.cancerjourneysfoundation.org.
"Katie Couric's StandUpToCancer Foundation is doing a tremendous job of raising funds for innovative cancer research and treatments. They just finished their biennial fundraising program with a fantastic show that was televised over 60 networks and produced by Bradley Cooper. We are thrilled that we can do our part to defeat cancer through our prostate cancer early detection app at ProstateTracker.org," says Robert Hess, CEO and founder of the Cancer Journeys Foundation.
There are more than 14 million cancer survivors living in this country, and all cancers combined claim one American life every minute of every day. Prostate cancer alone takes an American man every 18 minutes. But it doesn't need to be that way. Screening, early detection, and innovative research are the keys to winning the cancer battle.
The Tour de USA Rally is about getting men to screen for prostate cancer and personally track their test results using the ProstateTracker.org App, which are the key steps in catching prostate cancer when it is treatable, said Hess. "StandUpToCancer is raising funds for research, we're working on awareness, early detection, and support for cancer survivors."
The Tour de USA Rally will include a visit to the ProSolo National Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska, and will travel some of the most scenic twisty roads in the US.
The Cancer Journeys Foundation was set up by Robert Hess, who is a cancer survivor himself. He has now been cancer free for 13 years, and understands all the highs and lows that come with a cancer diagnosis. Dedicated to stopping cancer for good, his foundation is involved in a range of different events and opportunities to raise awareness among everyday people.

The Cancer Journeys Foundation provides support to the 14 million cancer survivors in the United States and their families and care givers as they move through their individual cancer journeys.
