Los Angeles Interior Design Professional is Part of WBENC’s National Conference & Business Fair Host Committee

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is bringing their National Conference & Business Fair 2017 to Las Vegas, from June 20th - 22nd, 2017. The Host Council, WBEC-West worked closely with WBENC to form the Host Committee to act as official ambassadors for the event, including Ronda Jackson, from Décor Interior Design, Inc.

Ronda is a committed member and advocate with a clear vision and mission, "My passion for service is a cornerstone for my company’s growth. We strive for design excellence to improve the quality of the lives we touch." Since 1997, Ronda founded and leads Décor Interior Design, Inc. As she completes her second decade of business, Ronda is focused on delivering continuous value with her integrated and forward-thinking approach to project planning and design.

After becoming WBENC-Certified in 2013 by WBEC-West, Ronda has leveraged certification to build valuable relationships and grow her business. Ronda strongly advocates for others to become part of the WBEC-West network for personal and professional enrichment. Ronda finds her role as part of the WBENC NCBF Host Committee to be vital in strengthening the overall WBE network. She adds, "I would recommend both emerging and established business owners to build strategic alliances to experience exponential growth. We are building a legacy of success for the next generation. To truly make the WBENC experience valuable, you have to share, network, and engage with the WBENC Community."

Ronda feels humbled to be seen as an inspiration for new up and coming interior designers, and specifically to mothers and minority business owners. When founding her own company, she tried to create an expanding enterprise that is dedicated and committed to philanthropic community endeavors, to progressive growth strategies, and to service. She states, "While design is my craft, my true passion is people. My thirst for knowledge and the ability to ignite the best in others is a skill set that serves me well both professionally and personally. My ambition and perseverance to sustain and maintain have resulted in exponential growth."
