Palmate Gardening in South Florida, USA, has recently reported an increase in the sales of their fairy statues that are designed for gardens and outdoor areas. The company states that the trend is in line with the rising popularity of fairy themed gardening spaces.

Pete Bowes, Head of Product Development for Palmate Gardening says, "We've noticed a definite upswing in the number of people who want to add fairies to their gardens. It's become quite the prevalent trend."

The gardening supplies company is not alone in its observation. Many garden centers have noticed an increase in fairy garden statues over the past year, and more consumers are becoming enthralled with miniature gardening. Garden Center Magazine reports that fairy and miniature gardening have both become successful categories for garden centers, and that these trends have been steadily growing since around 1995. The trend seems to be very popular among children and pre-teens.

"We love it when children get excited about gardening," says Bowes. "It's a trend that we feel will grow with them and something that they can then pass on to their own children in the future."

Surveys show that terrariums have been rising in popularity as well, due to the recent influx of fairy gardening. Sales for all levels of theme gardening have spiked a bit, but experts agree that fairies are still the cream of the crop as far as garden products are concerned. Many began simply creating small gardens to "attract fairies" and that has now grown into an entire industry dedicated to fairy gardening.

For Palmate Gardening and other garden product sellers, this is certainly not bad news. The company states that sales have increased steadily and that they expect this to continue in the near future as more and more consumers get into this relatively old trend.

Palmate Gardening provides a number of gardening supplies and products, including their solar fairy statue which can be seen at https://www.amazon.com/Outdoor-Solar-Fairy-Garden-Statue/dp/B01DJRDGOW. The company states that as this gardening appeal continues, they will be providing more and more products designed to give their customers the outdoor living spaces that they want.
