New Jersey Estate Planning Lawyers To Present Continuing Legal Education Course

A Voorhees Township, New Jersey, law firm has announced that they will be presenting a continuing legal education course for area attorneys. Firm partners Douglas A. Fendrick, Esquire, and Jamie Shuster Morgan, Esquire, of Fendrick & Morgan LLC, are presenting a New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education course titled "Estate Planning Considerations for Children." The course is set to take place on August 19, 2016.

The firm has revealed that they will prepare and deliver this new course, which is designed to provide new information to those who work in estate planning. The course will focus on estate planning for parents while considering the needs of their children and the different legalities that have to taken care of when children are present.

Douglas A. Fendrick notes, "Estate planning for parents raises a host of considerations which must be addressed in the planning process. At Fendrick & Morgan, we focus on the family and crafting a plan to best suit the family's needs and the parent's objectives. For example, often care must be taken to protect assets in the case of a divorce or a child struggling with creditor issues."
