Easton, MD - Deliver Service Now Institute (DSNI) owner and founder, Vance Morris, has been chosen to give two keynote speeches to the Millionaire Inspector Community in Fort Worth, TX, during their annual convention February 22-25, 2016. Morris is excited to bring his customer and client service training to the home inspector community.

According to Morris, Customer / Patient / Client / or Guest service has been on the decline throughout the U.S. for many years. It is not merely enough to have a pleasant smile or pretty voice and most businesses lack even that.  Morris’ company, Deliver Service Now, aims to show practices and small businesses how to Out-Serve, Out-Market and Out-Profit the competition, by implementing Disney-Style Service and Direct Response Marketing.

Morris will be presenting his trademarked approach to customer service called Systematic Magic in the first of two speeches. This presentation is designed to be entertaining, energetic and filled with audience participation. His second speech is only known by Crow and Morris as it contains some special information about Morris' service and marketing bootcamps in Walt Disney World.
