Scottsdale Arizona Doctor Of Physical Therapy Wins Award

Desert Institute of Physical Therapy, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has announced that Robby Blackaby, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), is one of the recipients of the 2015 Natural Choice Awards. According to the company, a record 1,200 ballots were submitted for that particular award.

Sponsored by Natural Awakenings magazine, the annual awards program gives readers the opportunity to select the individuals and businesses across the Phoenix-metro area that deserve recognition for their efforts in health and wellness, and green living. Winners are determined by popular vote from online ballot submissions at NaturalAz.com, from May 1 to July 15, 2015.

The National Choice Awards give individuals the opportunity to choose services, businesses, or individuals who they feel are deserving of recognition. Categories include green living, sustainability, health and wellness, nutrition, and fitness and personal growth. Winners of the award are chosen by the most votes from online submissions, and only one submission is allowed per person. Robb Blackaby, DPT  was also recognized as one of the three best rated physical therapists in Scottsdale, AZ.

"It is an honor to be selected as this year's recipient," Robby Blackaby, DPT stated. Dr. Blackaby is the co-owner of Desert Institute of Physical Therapy. He toured in 2004 as physical therapist for the PGA, LPGA, and Champions Tour golf events, and is a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute.
