Boulder, Colorado-based company, TeamSnap, recently announced an upgrade to their team management app that enhances the capabilities of TeamSnap Live!, an in-app feature that helps fans keep up with game-time action at the game or on the move.

"TeamSnap Live! allows parents and fans to share in the live game experience, no matter where they are," spokesperson Stephanie Myer elaborates. "It provides an instant communication tool for coaches and managers to reach their team's followers with on-the-fly updates."

Live! was added to the TeamSnap suite of features in March and already sees more than 1 million interactions per week. Now, baseball and softball teams are able to use the feature to track balls, strikes, outs, innings and more. This is TeamSnap’s first sport specific, real-time tracker. By adding useful options to change the balls, strikes, outs and innings of a match, the newly enhanced app has received a favorable response from the company's followers. "This has saved me countless hours, thus allowing me to focus my time and energy on team responsibilities," reviewed one customer.

The app is available with varying levels of functions, starting from the free basic version and extending to the ultra package, which includes all capabilities, allowing coaches to track who can come to each game or practice, send instant updates to the team schedule, track who has paid their fees, and display sponsors on the team's own public website. TeamSnap Live! is included in all plans.

"I love this app and happily upgraded to pay monthly for extras!" one customer expressed her satisfaction. "I will never be little league mom without using this app again." The popularity of Live! has quickly helped TeamSnap become the most-used team and league administration software available online, as well as for both Android and iOS operating devices.

The TeamSnap Live! updates any follower of a game by using smartphone push notifications. "We only send out score notifications to your phone when the score changes," Stephanie explained. "But now with the update, those notifications will include inning, outs and even balls and strikes." The favorable reception of the app has encouraged the development team to continue researching ways to improve it further. "We are all incredibly proud of this feature and TeamSnap Live!" she stated.
