Small Business Saturday is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to Black Friday. Rather than focusing on consumerism, Small Business Saturday is all about empowering small, local businesses to become successful. John McKinney of Mount McKinney is therefore proud to announce that he has developed a new service to help small businesses for an event such as Small Business Saturday. The new service can be accessed through http://mountmckinney.com/service/?service=wordpress-care-plan.
John McKinney says: "Imagine never having another WordPress headache again. Everybody knows that in order for a business, whether it is big or small, to be successful, they need a website. However, for small businesses in particular, that is easier said than done. You need at least a degree of skill, and also a lot of time. This Small Business Saturday, we propose to help small businesses such that we are able to take the headaches out of WordPress, thereby ensuring they stand a greater chance of being successful."
As part of the new service, Mount McKinney offers three different packages, all priced differently. As a minimum, they offer 24 hour response, email support, WordPress core updating, plugin and theme updating, weekly server backups, monthly security scans, cache setup, and quick fixes. In the more expensive plans, people also have access to analytics reporting, chat and phone support, MailChimp support, hosting transfer help, virtue themes, and email creation support. Additionally, they offer the ability to pay for monthly plans, which include two three months of service.
"We understand that a website is not made for us, but rather it's made for your customers," adds John McKinney. "That's why we always focus on creating an experience that makes browsing enjoyable for the user. We would like to get to know you because we care about your business. Knowing about you and your business helps us serve you better. We like to think of your success as our success."
With the service, Mount McKinney hopes to be able to improve the outcomes for entrepreneurs by giving them the assistance they need on their online efforts. In so doing, they also hope to make a positive difference to the community as a whole.
