Ronald Hoff, owner and CEO of Ron's Amazing Products, released this statement about the new site overhaul, "With our updated website features, we're hoping that our customers will have an easier time ordering our products. Customers will still have access to our chat feature and other ways to contact our customer service when needed."

"We've been doing this a while," states Hoff. "We just felt that perhaps it was time to grow our website to match our product line."
They have included a completely new color scheme as part of the website design change, in addition to a place for customers to sign up for the company's regular newsletter, which highlights changes and upcoming product launches.
The newly designed website also offers customers a place to log in and check on the status of their existing orders, a feature that Hoff says is very important to the company. "We know that a lot of people order online, and they want to know that they are getting their products in a timely manner. Our new account feature will enable them to check on their orders, make sure that they are shipping to the right address, and offers a number of other benefits that we hope our customers will enjoy."
