When I first reached out to Improve Today Inc (via roof.net) for a roof quote, Ken was super responsive. He came over two days after my initial inquiry to give us a quote on a new roof. He brought over not only a variety of shingle samples but also the exhaust vents and pipes he’d be using too! He was super detailed in his explanation of the state of our roof, skylights, and exhaust vents. He gave us the lowest quote (and we got quite a few quotes!) and was super punctual throughout the process. We requested the skylights that are adjustable in addition to having a large antenna from our chimney removed, and he charged us no additional cost. I had originally scheduled our roof replacement on a day that was forecasted to rain, but Ken and his team moved it to the day before and ensured our roof was completed and sound before the rain came on our originally scheduled date. I truly appreciate Ken’s attentiveness throughout the roof installation process, and we were shown photos of the state of our roof throughout the installation.
