After the ads have been launched, a landing page will be made to direct web traffic to claim the ad's offer and convert that traffic into leads. The landing page is made to load fast, have an eye-catching design, and a direct call to action. In order to ensure the landing page is as optimized as possible, PracticeBloom will test it out using split testing, or A/B testing, to try out different layouts of the page, directing different traffic to them to see which one performs the best.

As part of their ad strategy, PracticeBloom also employs retargeting in order to get the practice's ads in front of the traffic that may not have taken the ad offer right away. Industry studies indicate that people who see an offer more than once are 70% more likely to go for it, which the agency says is big for practices trying to get patients in the door. "People are surprised at how lower cost retargeting is," Coffy says. "We've even generated leads for Botox patients for as low as $3, which is unheard of."

Another aspect of the ProfitEngines program is the automation of the leads to conversions. PracticeBloom emphasizes that getting the traffic on the web cannot end with having an email address. They have developed an automated appointment booking system that eases stress on training and hiring staff and uses artificial intelligence to send reminders to leads who have not yet booked an appointment.

The final part of the ProfitEngines program is reputation management, which Coffy says is vital to any practice. "When it comes to healthcare, we know that 90% of people who are looking for a doctor will look up reviews online before choosing a practice," he says. "We'll set up a review screening process that will allow you to address negative comments, as well as let you know who's leaving positive comments on various platforms so you can respond. Not only will it boost the kinds of patients that come to you, it will also greatly increase your value in search engines."

Practices who sign up to the ProfitEngines Premium plan will gain access to their Digital Dashboard App, which is available for both Android and iOS. Through the app, clients will be able to see clear metrics on phone calls, leads, traffic, and conversions in a clean interface. The metrics are updated live from the PracticeBloom location and can be seen at any time on the app.
