Martin Lewis graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. degree in Economics. After college, Lewis participated in a joint degree program at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While at Samford, Lewis acquired a Juris Doctris at Cumberland School of Law and also received a Masters in Business Administration from Samford. Lewis graduated as the President of his 1991 law school class.

Steven D. Jurnovoy (“Jurnovoy”) hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He enrolled in at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1984, Jurnovoy graduated with distinction from Emory University School of Business Administration with a BBA in accounting. Mr. Jurnovoy then attended Villanova University School of Law where he received his law degree, cum laude, in 1987. After law school, Mr. Jurnovoy attended Temple University School of Law and received a Masters in Taxation in 1990. Over the past twenty-three years, Jurnovoy has been linked with three of Philadelphia’s most distinguished law firms. Furthermore, he has served as general counsel and chief financial officer of Hill & Brooks Coffee Company, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama.
