Massey, Stotser & Nichols (MSN), a law firm in Birmingham, AL, have announced with pride that three of their attorneys were chosen to be among B-Metro's Top Lawyers 2018. In order to be classed as 'Top Lawyers', they had to demonstrate a history of successful case outcomes.

Shea Waldrop from Massey, Stotser & Nichols says: "We are incredibly proud of the fact that Randy, Anne, and Stephanie have been recognized as Top Lawyers. Anne and Stephanie were similarly recognized in 2016 as well. It really is a great honor to see members of our team recognized for their hard work and dedication, which reflects directly on us and on our clients."

The first MSN lawyer to be recognized is Randy Nichols, a senior partner at the firm. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1986. He is a Certified Mediator for General Civil Litigation and Domestic Relations, as well as being a Certified Mediator, both with the Alabama Appellate Courts. Furthermore, he is a certified arbitrator with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He states: "I practice all aspects of family law litigation and mediate family law disputes as well. I am the proud father of two children and the grateful husband of their mother."

The second MSN lawyer to be recognized is Anne Lamkin Durward, a partner at the firm. She was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1995. She also helped to establish the Birmingham Bar Foundation Fellows Program and continues to be very active in various Bar associations across the state. Furthermore, she is an active member of the community, coaching the National Moot Court Team with Cumberland for the past three years, something she greatly enjoys.

The third MSN lawyer to be recognized is Stephanie Lanier Weems, also a partner at the firm. She was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1998. She practices family law and has a strong focus on her personal family life as well, spending as much time as possible with her husband and children. She also focuses strongly on health and well-being, working as a part time fitness instructor.

All three lawyers have had numerous successes across 2017 and are on track for doing the same this year. Their recognition solidifies their already strong reputation. Anyone in Birmingham, AL, who requires strong legal representation may want to contact the firm as soon as possible.
