Benson Stone Company announces a grilling demonstration on Saturday, Oct. 7, featuring the Saffire Grill & Smoker. The demonstration will be held between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Benson Stone’s location on 11th Street in Rockford, Ill.
Benson Stone’s interest in showcasing Saffire is due the uniqueness and versatility of the product line. A Saffire’s inch-thick, ceramic structure models the cookers of early Chinese civilizations, combining four cooking methods into one machine: grill, smoke, roast or bake. “The cooking possibilities are endless with a Saffire Grill & Smoker” said Andrew Benson, president of Benson Stone Company. “To see one in action is the best way to fully appreciate the scope of its capabilities.”
Attendees of the event will have access to a Saffire expert who will demonstrate some of Saffire’s most differentiating features, such as the Smokin’ Chip Feeder Port for replenishing wood chips and a tight gasket seal for temperature control. Attendees will also have the opportunity to taste a variety of food prepared on a Saffire, including wings, pizza, pork tenderloin and ribs.
To view the Saffire demonstration, visit Benson Stone Company at 1100 11th St. in Rockford, Ill. on Saturday, Oct. 7 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. For more information about Benson Stone’s grill products, stop by their Rockford showroom, or visit bensonstone.com/bbq-grills/charcoal-grills.
