CHARLOTTE, NC  – Chris Bonnefoux became an Amazon Bestselling Author with his new book, “The Essential Guide To Charlotte Real Estate, Insights From Fourteen Local Experts.” The book, published by FA Media Group of Charlotte, reached Number 1 for “Real Estate Sales,” “Buying and Selling Homes,” and “Real Estate Investments” in Amazon’s Kindle Store. Amazon also ranked the book at Number 2 for “Real Estate” and “Mortgages” as well as the Number 1 Hot New Release in multiple categories.

Bonnefoux contributed a chapter on buying and selling properties in Charlotte’s Uptown/Center City. The Uptown area is the heart of one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country and there are dozens of condo buildings, all within walking distance of over 100,000 jobs and the many restaurants, sports and music venues, museums, nightlife and other amenities of Charlotte Center City living.

Bonnefoux said, “We have a large variety of condominium buildings in Charlotte’s Uptown area. Prices range from about $200,000 into the millions. The Uptown condo market is a very specialized one, where the pricing depends on a number of factors, some of which can be different than with traditional single-family homes. An agent’s experience in the Uptown market is important to be able to properly represent buyers and sellers in this specialized market.”

Fourteen local real estate experts contributed chapters to “The Essential Guide To Charlotte Real Estate,” each providing advice in the author’s area of expertise. With thousands of people moving into the region every month, the book will be a resource for newcomers to identify the experts they need to help them find, purchase and finance their ideal property. Existing local homeowners will also find resources and experts providing useful advice for selling their homes, re-financing and improving their properties.

Chris Bonnefoux is the owner as well as a broker at RE/MAX Exclusive, which is located in a high-rise office building in Uptown Charlotte, overlooking the city skyline. He is a licensed broker in North Carolina and for the past ten years has been helping real estate buyers and sellers in the Charlotte Uptown/Center City area. Bonnefoux has lived in Uptown Charlotte since 2003 and he is widely known in the Charlotte community as “Mr. Uptown.” He ranks among the top 1% of RE/MAX Agents in North Carolina for individual commissions earned.

“The Essential Guide To Charlotte Real Estate, Insights From Fourteen Local Experts” will be available in a paperback version in late October and is currently is available in the Amazon Kindle Store at http://www.Amazon.com/dp/B015APTT6U
