Kim and Dick York contributed a chapter on buying and selling properties in the Greater Northeast Charlotte area that includes Cabarrus County as well as Northeastern Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. The Greater Northeast Charlotte area, like most of the Charlotte region, has experienced large growth partly fueled by company relocations to the region.
