MELBOURNE, Australia – Ace Capital, a boutique mortgage brokerage and property development firm, announced today that it is expanding its presence to serve clients Australia-Wide.  The move to serve clients all across Australia was spurred by strong growth and interest from prospective financial customers in multiple regions.  Ace also announced an expanded practice in the area of debt consolidation for business professionals.

“Our strategy is to focus on growth areas but to expand cautiously,” said Aaron Chong, a Director of Ace Capital.  “The time is right to move into mortgage and development lending outside of Melbourne.” The first expansionary move has Ace engaged in deals to develop residential projects in Victoria.

Founded in 2005, Ace got its start in residential home loans. Over time, the firm has grown to encompass commercial and non-conventional sources of funds as well.  Their portfolio of financial solutions includes home loans, commercial loans for properties such as shops, offices and factories, development finance to enable developers to fund construction, mezzanine finance for developers who need additional funding to complete a project and second mortgages.  Ace also performs feasibility studies for real estate projects to determine if they are financeable.

The debt consolidation practice is focused on helping high-income professionals manage their personal debt loads more effectively.  “What we often see is an individual who has been so busy building a career that their debts are sometimes disorganized and not at optimal interest or terms,” added Chong. “We can fix that. We can pay off all the old debt they took on with bad terms and consolidate into an affordable, low interest, fixed term loan. It can save the client a fortune they would otherwise waste on high interest payments.”

Ace Capital is accredited with the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). The firm’s aggregator is Vow Financial. Mr. Chong was featured in a magazine as one of MPA’s ‘Young Guns’ of 2013.
