Founded in 1980, JGM Properties and owns and manages Energy Park Drive, as well as 15 suburban Minneapolis St Paul metro warehouse, office, medical, industrial commercial real estate for lease. “We parted ways with our old space in order to move upward and onward. Our new space is part production area, part office area. We are now part of a larger building that houses multiple businesses, an office park located virtually across from Bandana Square at the corner of Lexington Parkway and Energy Park Dr. We will double our space to almost 8,000 square-feet,” says Ludwiczak.
“We are a new tenant with JGM Properties but know that our relationship will be a strong one. Eli made the transition from our old place a seamless one. JGM has already reached out many times to make us feel welcome,” says Ludwiczak.
