Mind Body & Soul Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Welcomes Jennifer Matthew

Pensacola, FL — Mind Body & Soul Medical Aesthetics & Wellness has announced that they’ll be welcoming a new nurse practitioner, Jennifer Matthew, to their practice. Starting June 2, Jennifer will be working at the medical spa and wellness center on Fridays, assisting founder Marlee Bruno as she continues to develop the business. The addition of Jennifer will help the practice better accommodate new and existing patients, as her broad range of experience enables her to perform many of the duties that Marlee herself often undertakes.

“I’m so excited to welcome Jennifer to our practice,” said Marlee Bruno. “She’s talented, experienced, and really aligns with our philosophy, especially since she’s recently completed several courses with us at Method Aesthetics Academy. She’s caring, sweet, and friendly, and I just know our patients are going to love working with her!”

Jennifer has been working as a nurse practitioner for 25 years and completed her Doctor of Nursing from the University of Alabama in 2011. Jennifer spent the majority of her career in occupational medicine, and as she switched over to aesthetic medicine, she found her niche in using biostimulators to boost patients’ collagen production and create natural looking, plumped up lips.

“I am beyond excited to continue my aesthetics career with the wonderful women at Mind Body and Soul Medical,” said Jennifer. “Marlee is such an inspiration to me, and I wouldn’t be here in this incredible field if it weren’t for the thorough and hands-on courses at Method Aesthetics Academy. I’ve been in medicine for over two decades, and I can’t wait to bring that experience to our patients. We’re always looking to stay ahead of the industry, and I’m going to continue taking courses at Method Aesthetics Academy once I have started at Mind Body & Soul Medical so that I can continue to grow in my role and career.”

Jennifer’s other aesthetic interests include topical skincare products, which she uses to strengthen and fortify her patients’ skin to help them withstand signs of aging. At Mind Body & Soul Medical, she’ll use her occupational nursing experience to complete advanced aesthetic injector duties.

“I’m lucky to be in a field I love, and to be able to provide my patients with the results they’ve always dreamt about,” added Jennifer. “Switching fields is always challenging, but I look forward to each challenge that comes my way. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my mentors and their affirmation of their trust in me. I’ve always connected well with my patients, and I’m thrilled to be able to connect with them on a deeper level and build stronger relationships with them over time. I cannot wait to meet everyone and get started!”
