Thousand Oaks Express Office Recognized for Outstanding Excellence

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., March 17th, 2023 — Express Employment Professionals of Thousand Oaks is proud to announce that the local staffing solutions agency was once again awarded the Bronze Circle of Excellence; and also recognized Mayra Garcia's graduation from the Express leadership Academy for Manager, according to Neil and Janet McMillan, Thousand Oaks Express Franchisees.

Express Employment International created the Circle of Excellence program to honor its franchisees. The program offers six potential levels of achievement, allowing offices to work towards new goals; based on annual performance, participation, and compliance criteria. Achieving any level of the Circle of Excellence is a testament to the hard work and dedication of a franchise's owner and staff.

Express University's purpose is to provide ongoing education to Express franchise offices through a diverse array of learning avenues. Mayra Garcia began her career in the Staffing industry at 16 as a Front Office Coordinator. Very early in her career, she developed an affinity for the industry as she saw how it could help directly fulfill her life's calling - helping others and transforming people's lives. The Oxnard office is incredibly proud of her accomplishments and dedication to the company and embodying what it stands for.

The owners, Neil and Janet McMillan, opened the Thousand Oaks office in 2012, making it their second Express Employment Professionals franchise. The pair faced many economic shifts since they became franchisers, including the Great Recession and Covid-19, but have thrived at every opportunity. As a result, both branches have continuously reached the Circle of Excellence and continue to provide high-quality service in the Ventura County area.
