Keller Campus of Milestone Church Hosting Annual Spring Retreat for Middle & High School Students

Elevate, the Student Ministry of Milestone Church in Keller, TX, is excited to announce the return of its annual spring retreat for Middle School and High School students called Battle of the Sexes. Battle of the Sexes (BOTS) teaches students God's perspective on love, sex, and dating. Students can experience God's freedom and forgiveness and find their identity in Him during this impactful weekend. In addition, students participate in Tribe War competitions, spend the weekend in small groups with friends and leaders, and have special encounters with God during group sessions.

There will be separate retreat weekends for Middle School & High School students, and both will take place at Lakeview Camp & Retreat Center in Waxahachie, TX. For both weekends, students will check in on Friday at 4:30 pm at the Milestone Church Keller campus, and dinner will be provided. The cost to attend Battle of the Sexes weekend is $160 per student, and registration is required. Middle and High School students can register on the Milestone Church website, and all are welcome to attend.

Even if a student can only attend part of the event, Elevate Student Ministry still wants them to participate as much as possible. A time away form is available on the Milestone Church Keller website that must be filled out to arrange drop-off and pick-up if a student is arriving late or departing early from the camp.

Each small group will be given a specific team with which they will participate in competitive games and activities. These groups are known as "tribes." Each tribe has a unique color and mascot (such as the Blue Hurricanes, etc.), and students and leaders are encouraged to wear their tribe's color during the event.
