Hilton Head Island, SC - Hilton Head Island's very own magazine, 101 Things To Do, provides tips on how to enjoy numerous Exciting Events Hilton Head.

The free tourist magazine 101 Things To Do, published online and in print twice a year, provides Hilton Head activities for all types of travelers in each edition. There are activities for explorers, wildlife enthusiasts, foodies, shopaholics, and even photographers. Each issue contains 101 articles about places to visit and things to do in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and Bluffton. The magazine also offers valuable information about the mysterious Daufuskie Island and three of the nation's favorite historic cities: Beaufort and Charleston, South Carolina, and Savanna, Georgia.

The journal notes, "This magazine is intended to provide tourists with suggestions on how to spend their time in South Carolina and give them an appreciation for our land and people."

First on the list of activities in Hilton Head is leaving footprints in the sand. It may be attributed to the area's gorgeous beaches. More than 19 kilometers of beaches surround Hilton Head, frequented annually by millions of visitors. There are seven public beaches with various facilities in Hilton Head. These beaches are Alder Lane Beach, Burkes Beach, Coligny Beach, Driessen Beach, Fish Haul Beach, Folly Field Beach, and Island's Beach.

In addition to beaches, the complimentary tourist magazine lists various low-key activities but emphasizes the history and culture of Hilton Head. Consequently, the 101 Things to Do list includes a visit to the Coastal Discovery Museum. This place reflects the Lowcountry's cultural legacy and history, its ecosystem, and its former inhabitants.

The Coastal Discovery Museum is located on the historic Honey Horn, a 68-acre site on the banks of Jarvis Creek that dates back 300 years and is regarded as one of the Island's most historically significant locations. It is the sole remaining original plantation mansion on Hilton Head Island. A collection of some of the oldest structures on Hilton Head Island, the butterfly habitat, exploration lab, and dragonfly pond are accessible to visitors.
