Thousand Oaks, CA, Mar, 2022 — Express Employment Professionals of Ventura County took home honors at the staffing firm’s 39th annual International Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, according to Neil McMillan, Thousand Oaks and Oxnard office Express franchisee.
The Ventura County Express offices received the Bronze Circle of Excellence for Thousand Oaks (Top 25% of Express offices) and the Platinum Circle of Excellence for Oxnard (Top 3% of Express Offices). Plus, Century Club for Oxnard Office (billing more than 100 clients per week on average).

Nearly 1,200 Express franchisees and their staff attended the company’s annual International Leadership Conference Feb. 23 – 26, which featured workshops and training on staffing and workplace issues such as leadership, resiliency, company culture, and maximizing team potential.
The Ventura County Express Employment Professionals franchise began operation in 2006 and serves all of Ventura County with temporary help and direct hire staffing in a variety of fields, including administrative, commercial, data processing, technical, sales, marketing, and more. The Thousand Oaks and Oxnard offices are currently accepting applications.
