Anaheim, California - Members of the Alumni Program of the Lighthouse Treatment Center, a drug and alcohol treatment facility in Orange County were invited to attend the grand opening of a nutrition store in Anaheim, California on January 5, 2022. The store, named Luv 4 Nutrition, is a locally owned business that aims to offer a refreshing take on health and wellness.
Sara Alba, Alumni Coordinator of the Lighthouse, said that they want to encourage their alumni to pursue healthy lifestyles and one way is to introduce products and services that they can incorporate in their daily routine.
“Luv 4 Nutrition offers a full menu of great items. Our alumni can add these to their holistic approach to healing and building a life in recovery. We are looking forward to continuing to partner with Luv 4 Nutrition as they begin to add community classes and education in their shop,” shared Alba.
Veetrice Banks, owner of Luv 4 Nutrition, shared that they established the shop to help provide the community with nutritious food options.
“As a locally-owned business, we want to fuel a passion for health and wellness in our community. By offering high-quality nutrition products, we hope that we can contribute to a positive change in the lives of our customers,” said Banks.
Chandra N, a member of the Lighthouse Alumni Program, said that she was glad to have the opportunity to discover new places and shops like this that could benefit her health.
“I highly recommend paying this little gem a visit. When I attended the grand opening with my fellow Lighthouse alumni, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff welcomed us with utmost kindness and they were happy to talk to us about the different products that give us better nutrition and energy. I can’t wait to return soon and try other products,” said Chandra.
