Keps Health Offers Bio Wellness Business Package

Keps Health, a health and wellness center that offers a range of health programs in Auckland, New Zealand, is pleased to announce that they are offering a bio wellness business package. The center is headed by Kerry Dell, who is a recipient of the WildFit 2019 Coach of the Year award. Kerry Dell offers the WildFit Challenge, which is a 90-day private mentorship program for small groups of people who are inspired to accept the challenge. The WildFit with Kerry Dell Challenge has two main parts: the WildFit video coaching program and live coaching. On the video coaching program, Eric Edmeades, founder of WildFit, explains the WildFit philosophy and walks the participants through each step of the 90-day process, including all of the food changes that have to be made. In the live coaching, they will meet once a week on Mondays for a duration of 30 minutes to one hour.
