Heber, UT - Utah-based company New Perspectives provides efficient life coaching support to neurodiverse young adults in the area.

New Perspectives has been Life Coaches For Young Adults In Utah for years now. According to the company, coaching is a key component often missing from therapeutic support. Instead of relying alone on traditional therapy, the Utah-based company believes that coaching helps students and neurodiverse young adults create the life they want. With life coaching, coaches partner with students in examining where they are at now and where they want to be.

“They help identify challenges and develop a plan of action to create the life the student wants,” the company states.

Life coaching is one of the motivational approaches practiced by New Perspectives to help neurodiverse teens. New Perspectives says that their approach is based on current research and best practices. “Rather than isolating students from real-life situations and experiences, we immerse young adults in the local community,” the company adds.

Apart from life coaching, New Perspectives also has a team of peer mentors, clinical and academic, employment and career, and recreation team. According to program founders Justin and Janet Robinsons, their unique life experiences have shaped an approach based on experience, successes, and multiple perspectives.

The company also says matching the student’s needs is crucial in creating an environment where young adults thrive. Thus, each student or neurodiverse teen has their Success Team. One of which is a life coaching team.

New Perspectives further highlights the qualities people should look for in a Utah Young Adult Life Coach. The first is to ensure if the teen life coach is authentic. They must be a trained and experienced life coach. Next is confidence. Life coaches must exude confidence in themselves and the work they do.

Another is the willingness to listen. “A life coach should be the individual to whom a teen can open up and share their less attractive pieces, unafraid of judgment.” And lastly, look for a life coach with passion. They would be energetic and passionate about helping a young adult write a better story in life.

The New Perspectives, states that “We have the best and most experienced life coaches for a child. We offer a motivational approach based on new practices and research to immerse young adults in the local community.”
