October 2021 (Sydney, NSW) - Twin Creeks' proudly announced their new place to dine - The Fairways Restaurant. It is headed up by their newest team member Michael Lopez. Over the past couple of months, they have been working hard behind the scenes to relaunch their restaurant that offers a relaxed and inviting vibe, excellent service and a delicious menu that will keep customers coming back to The Fairways.
The management was thrilled to have Executive Chef Michael Lopez join the team as their new Food & Beverage Operations Manager. His accomplished career and understanding of what it takes to make a great dining experience will set a benchmark for service at Twin Creeks, with everyone who visits looking forward to delivering this level or more from him. Michael brings with him 32 years of hospitality experience. He has worked overseas in the Fiji Islands, Malaysia, Thailand also worked at Blacktown Workers Club under Rod Andrews, Compass Group, Huntley Hotel Parramatta, Sydney Uni, Royal Australian Air force, Royal Agricultural Society and ANZ Stadium. Michael was the Executive Chef at West HQ Group Australia's Largest Club. He has received some awards, including winning bronze for Australia in Challenge of the Pacific and winning National Champions at fine foods Sydney 2016. Michael has worked with some of the best chefs in Australia and worldwide, bringing a wealth of knowledge that he and his team look forward to rolling out at Twin Creeks.
The Fairways Restaurant is open seven days a week. They are available from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm during Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays and until 9:00 pm during Friday & Saturday. During clubhouse opening hours, The Fairways will offer an all day snack menu with a selection of light meals and classic clubhouse favourites. The Fairways is also open for breakfast on Saturdays & Sundays from 8 am.
