The CRM, according to the Awards and Personalization Association, is “the highest honor in the awards and personalization industry [and] is attained after taking a minimum of 170 hours of qualified instruction in approved seminars and submitting a qualified CRM paper.”

The Personalization Professional Certification is a program managed by the Awards and Personalization Association, which has thousands of members worldwide. Assisting retailers and suppliers around the globe, The Awards and Personalization Association is based in Chicago, IL, and is an international nonprofit membership organization.
