SPF’s biggest advantage, however, might be the fact that it can be installed within a few days — a week at the most. Spray polyurethane foam can dry within 24 hours. By the 72-hour mark, it will have cured and expanded, giving properties a dependable protective layer with the same level as single-ply roofing materials within a much smaller timespan than it would take to install tri-thermal roofing (as it requires an additional few weeks to conclude its installation).
