According to the latest report, New South Wales has been hit by an influx of COVID-19 that is already threatening the lives of many. The latest numbers indicate 633 cases to 8 pm, which breaks records in less than 24 hours. Premier Gladys Berejiklian warns this could be just the beginning as they have only confirmed 62 people from those infected with COVID-19 are infectious outside their homes or workplaces - meaning there's still more out there who may not know it yet.

The government is also urging people not to panic as it has plans in place. The NSW Health Department explained that the virus does not affect everyone equally, and some people may get away with fever, coughs and other minor symptoms.
